Week of August 22, 2010 - Sea World

Miles went to Sea World for the first time and got to see Shamu. Miles and I went with Talia and Raegan. We had so much fun! Miles liked watching the beluga wale and the very big walrus swim around. We can't wait to go back again with Daddy!

Miles 10 Months

Milestones: Miles has 5 teeth and he is crawling all over the house! He knows how to open cabinets and walk along the couch. He also loves to feed himself now and he can drink from a straw/sippy cup all by himself. The food Miles loves to eat right now are: green beans, sweet potatoes, watermelon, blueberries, cheerios and butternut squash. Food Miles does not really like: cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and he did not like strawberries or peaches the first time but now he likes them. Miles also starting having protein this month as well. He has had chicken and ground turkey. He enjoys clapping his hands and trying to walk when we hold his hands.

Miles has had the following to eat: Carrots, Green Beans, Butternut Squash, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Eggplant, Peas, Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Bananas, Peaches, Apricots, Chicken, Ground Turkey, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sweet Potatoes, White Potatoes, Pineapple, Edamami, Apples, Pears

Week of August 1, 2010 - Miles had chicken for the first time and he can pick up food and feed himself!

Week of August 15, 2010 - Family BBQ!!

Week of August 22, 2010 - Bath Time!!!!

Miles enjoys his bath time every night. We switched him from his sink back to the BIG BOY bathtub when he was 8 months old. He likes playing with him bathtub toys and splashing in the water.

Week of August 28, 2010 -Miles was playing in the laundry basket in the kitchen. It was so cute we had to snap a picture. Last night David was putting Miles to bed and he fell asleep rocking him. I love this picture of them both sleeping with Miles' leg kicked up!
