Week of April 25, 2010 - Miles sitting up for the first time

Friday, April 30, 2010 - Miles is able to sit-up without any assistance and without falling over. Another first moment during the first year of his life.

Weekend of April 16, 2010 - Zoo & Naomi's 1st Birthday

Saturday April 17, 2010 - We went to the Zoo today with the Salmon family and their daughter, Catalina, is less than two weeks younger that Miles but you would not know Catalina was younger with all of the hair she has!

Sunday, August 18, 2010 - We went up to Newport Beach for Naomi's first Birthday. This was Miles first Birthday party and he had so much fun hanging out with his older girlfriend Naomi :) We haven't seen the VanderLaan family since their last visit to San Diego in December. Naomi has changed so much, Miles can't wait to get more hair like Naomi.

Weekend of April 2, 2010 - Easter!!

Sunday April 4, 2010 - Easter Sunday, we went over to Grandma and Grandpa Johnson's house for a big dinner which of course consisted of the famous mac n' cheese!

Saturday, April 3, 2010 - Our friend Julie who saw me 1 week before I gave birth to Miles finally came back to San Diego for a visit and got to meet Miles for the first time! Miles really like her boyfriend Michael because he was making him laugh! Miles was all smiles when Michael was holding him!

Friday, April 2, 2010 - I went to go see our friends Kari and Steve who just had a baby 1 week ago. His name is Titan and was born early and weighed in over 9 lbs.! I can't wait for Miles and Titan to get a little bit older when they can play together!

Daddy and Mommy had a date night and went out for Sushi wtih Leigh and Steve while Grandma and Grandpa Johnson watched Miles. We were supposed to go to the movies as well but Miles was crying more than usual at their house so we just decided to call it a night after dinner and pick Miles up. We will have to re-schedule our dinner AND a movie for a different night :)

Week of April 3, 2010 - Miles 6 months old!!!

Tuesday, April 6, 2010 - Miles had his 6 month check-up with Dr. Littman. Miles weighs 16 lbs. 9 oz. and is 26 inches long! He has not doubled his birth weight of 8 lbs. 3 oz. and grown 6 inches since birth! I can't believe how fast he is growing! Miles had 4 shots today and he did very well. Also, the day Miles turned 6 months he started to sit-up on his own. He is rolling all over the place and getting really strong when he lays on his tummy doing mini push-ups. He is just staring to sit-up so he is still fallig over after a few seconds but he is getting there. Now that Miles has found his feet he is always playing with them and he loves to stick out his tounge! Here are some pictures from Miles at 6 months:
